چکیده

Several experiences were applied highlighting some great benefits of utilizing muscle sign in order to manage rehabilitation contraptions. This paper offers an investigating surface electromyography (sEMG) signal for classification of hand gestures to manipulate a prosthetic hand using neural networks. We assess the use of two channel surface electromyography to classify twelve person finger gestures for prosthetic control. sEMG alerts have been recorded from extensor digitorum and flexor digitorum superficial muscular tissues for ten subjects. Energy feature extraction techniques such as Plancherel’s theorem, Singular Value Decomposition (SVD) are used as perform extracted and nonlinear autoregressive network with exogenous inputs (NARX), fitting neural network are utilized to gestures identifications. The high classification accuracies accomplished kind nonlinear autoregressive network with exogenous inputs using Plancherel’s with accuracy of 92.04%. From the outcome it is determined that dynamic community outperformed than static network. Investigation moreover proved that recognition accuracy of sEMG alerts had been greater for women when evaluate to men. It is also found from the outcome that subjects in the age of 26-30 years had higher muscle flexion in comparison with the other age businesses studied. We also located that bit transfer rate (BTR) achieved best possible worth of 35.04 bit/min for Plancherel’s.

Recognition of Finger Motions for Myoelectric Prosthetic Hand via Surface EMG

Recently, myoelectric prosthetic arms/hands, in which arm/hand gesture is distinguished by the identification of the surface electromyogram (SEMG) and the artificial arms/hands are controlled based on the result of the identification, have been studied (Weir, 2003). The SEMG has attracted an attention of researchers as an interface signal of an electric actuated arm for many years, and many of ...

Deep Learning with Convolutional Neural Networks Applied to Electromyography Data: A Resource for the Classification of Movements for Prosthetic Hands

Natural control methods based on surface electromyography (sEMG) and pattern recognition are promising for hand prosthetics. However, the control robustness offered by scientific research is still not sufficient for many real life applications, and commercial prostheses are capable of offering natural control for only a few movements. In recent years deep learning revolutionized several fields ...

Dynamic Sliding Mode Control of Nonlinear Systems Using Neural Networks

Dynamic sliding mode control (DSMC) of nonlinear systems using neural networks is proposed. In DSMC the chattering is removed due to the integrator which is placed before the input control signal of the plant. However, in DSMC the augmented system is one dimension bigger than the actual system i.e. the states number of augmented system is more than the actual system and then to control of such ...

Detecting and Predicting Muscle Fatigue during Typing By SEMG Signal Processing and Artificial Neural Networks

Introduction: Repetitive strain injuries are one of the most prevalent problems in occupational diseases. Repetition, vibration and bad postures of the extremities are physical risk factors related to work that can cause chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Repetitive work on a computer with low level contraction requires the posture to be maintained for a long time, which can cause muscle fatigu...
